Hilco Real Estate Finance (HREF), the UK bridge lending arm of US asset manager Hilco Global, has made a new appointment to support its nationwide expansion plans.
Charlie Job comes from alternative asset manager Arrow Global, where he worked on distressed and special situations credit and equity investments across Europe.
He has more than five years’ experience across real estate, credit and mergers and acquisitions, having started his career at NatWest Markets.

“With his strong track record of working in special situations investments and private credit, Charlie is a valuable addition as we seek to build out the team across the UK,” said Andrew Ward, managing director at HREF.
HREF is a UK subsidiary of Hilco Global, a US investment firm with more than $3bn (£2.4bn) in assets under management, which launched last year.
It has already lent more than £50m in its first four months of operation, with an average facility size of £10m.
