One of the main benefits of Sup Dropshipping is its generous free plan.

With the free plan, you can place five sourcing requests and do 50 image product searches every day, and in total, list 50 products in your online store.

That’s pretty impressive!

Many Sup Dropshipping competitors only offer a free plan for browsing the platform, but with this free plan, you can comfortably start selling without spending any money.

3. Product sourcing feature

The main thing Sup Dropshipping is known for is its product sourcing feature.

How it works is that you have to add an image of the product you want to sell, and Sup Dropshipping uses its algorithm to go through countless Chinese wholesale supplier websites to find the perfect product match for you.

You may think, why can’t I just scroll through these platforms myself and find the product?

The thing is, Sup Dropshipping is able to save you time by doing all of this automatically.

According to them, the process is ten times faster!

To source products, you need to go to the admin dashboard and to the ‘Sourcing’ page.

When you add your product image to this page, Sup Dropshipping automatically finds the best product matches for you.

You will first see the ‘Recommend’ section, which are the products Sup Dropshipping recommends you select. These products often have the best prices and shipping times.

Under this, you can also see a bunch of other similar matches from other Chinese suppliers.

If you decide to pick one of these products, you may want to click on the ‘View’ button to get to the actual product page and see what the product and the supplier are all about.

You can import any one of these products right into your online store by clicking on the ‘Import’ button (see the above image).

4. Available Chrome extension (SupScraper)

Sup Dropshipping has its own Chrome extension called SupScraper, which comes in really handy when sourcing products.

When your Sup Dropshipping account is created, you can easily download the Chrome extension from the admin dashboard when you click on the ‘SupScraper’ button.

Basically, you can go to any big marketplace like Amazon or AliExpress and place a sourcing request on the products you find.

When you have the extension installed, you will see this small icon on the right side of the page:

When you click the ‘Post Purchasing Request,’ Sup Dropshipping will find the product for you (or the closest one) and give you their best pricing.

You can also click on ‘Find Better Price’ if you want to find products that are similar to the original product but cheaper in price.

5. Weekly winning product recommendations

If you go to the Sup Dropshipping admin dashboard, you will find a section called ‘Winning product’ where you will find ten new winning products every week.

What’s cool about these products is that you can start selling them right away.

You can also see the top ten winning products from the four previous weeks.

We don’t know how Sup Dropshipping decides that they’re winning products, but some of the product opportunities look actually really interesting.

6. Print on demand services

If you’re interested in starting your own print on demand business, Sup Dropshipping provides resources for that!

If you go to the admin dashboard, you can find a section called ‘Print On Demand’ from the left sidebar.

On this page, you can see all of the print on demand products Sup Dropshipping offers.

What’s cool is that there are actually quite a lot of print on demand products available, almost 500 in total.

You can even find rare print on demand products, such as blankets, umbrellas, and dog accessories.

7. Extensive integration options

When it comes to integrations, Sup Dropshipping integrates with all the major ecommerce platforms out there.

Here is the full list of the available ecommerce integrations:

• WooCommerce
• Prestashop
• Shopify
• Shopee
• Ecwid
• Wix

The only bigger ecommerce platform that is missing is BigCommerce.

Sup Dropshipping also integrates with a bunch of marketplaces:

• Etsy
• TikTok
• Amazon
• Ebay
• Lazada
• Shopee

This is beneficial if you want to do Etsy dropshipping or sell your products through TikTok.

8. Dedicated agent for every person

When you sign up for Sup Dropshipping, you get a dedicated agent who will help you with the whole process of finding and fulfilling products.

Your dedicated agent will contact you through WhatsApp or email when you give Sup Dropshipping your details during the signup process.

The dedicated agent service is something many customers really appreciate in the Shopify App reviews.

9. Transparent company culture

One thing that makes Sup Dropshipping stand out is how transparent they are.

If you just scroll their website a bit, you will quickly realize this.

For example, all of the customer service information is available for everyone to see, which is actually quite rare to find from supplier platforms.

You can even see the entire team behind the company from the About Us page.

For both the free and the paid plan, there are a couple of extra services available.

These include:

• Branded packaging. You have a bunch of custom packaging options you can choose from. These all come with an extra price, and there are over 100 different options to choose from.

• Custom photography. If you need custom photos for the products you want to sell, it’s also possible. Like with the custom packaging, this also comes with its own price that you have to discuss with Sup Dropshipping.

• Warehouses around the world. Even if you don’t use any warehouse services yet, you may want to do that when your business grows. What’s great about Sup Dropshipping is that they can offer you that later on if you want.

Just as a note for the warehouse option, it does have an extra cost, but the first 30 days are free on the free plan, and on the paid plan, the first 60 days are free.

The cost of the warehouse service depends on your product and the quantity. Depending on those things, you have to discuss the pricing with the Sup Dropshipping team.

The cons

Now that we have gone over the pros let’s look into the cons of Sup Dropshipping.

1. Live chat can be a bit slow at times

During our review, we wanted to test out the customer support of Sup Dropshipping.

We first sent them messages through the live chat option.

The first point of contact is a bot that tries to find you an answer.

In most cases, the bot cannot, and you will be assigned to a dedicated agent.

It took 24 hours to get a response on the live chat, which is quite long compared to some of Sup Dropshipping competitors.

As you can see in the above image, they also provide you with the WhatsApp number, which is what we recommend to use when contacting them. Their team seems to be responding there much faster.

We also realized that some Trustpilot reviews point to the same thing, that the live chat is slow to respond at times.

2. Slower shipping time than competitors

If you compare Sup Dropshipping shipping times to competitors like HyperSKU, CJdropshipping, or Spocket, the shipping time is longer in most cases.

The shipping time is visible on all Sup Dropshipping product pages. From the China warehouse, the worldwide shipping is two to three weeks, and from the US warehouse, it is three to ten days.

If two to three weeks shipping time isn’t too long for you, then this shouldn’t be a dealbreaker though. It can also mean that the shipping time is cheaper, so it can even be a good thing if that’s what you want.

Sup Dropshipping pricing

When it comes to pricing, Sup Dropshipping has three different plans: Basic (free), Pro, and Premium.

As we previously mentioned, the free plan is quite generous, allowing you to source up to five products a day and, in total, 50 products for a lifetime. That’s definitely enough to give you an idea of whether you like Sup Dropshipping or not.

The free plan even gives you 30 days of free warehouse storage if you want to try that!

If you want more advanced things, like priority order processing, higher daily product sourcing limit, and adding more stores, you can opt for one of the paid plans, which costs $19.90 or $29.90 per month.

How do you get started with Sup Dropshipping?

So, how do you exactly get started with Sup Dropshipping?

Sup Dropshipping’s setup process is a lot easier than you might think.

To help you, let’s go through the process!

1. Sign up for the platform

The logical first step to getting started is signing up for the Sup Dropshipping platform.

You can do this from the home page just by clicking one of the sign-up call-to-action buttons.

After this, Sup Dropshipping asks you to fill in basic information, such as your name, email, password, and your phone number.

The reason they ask for your phone number is that they will later contact you on WhatsApp and help you with product sourcing.

Once you fill in these details, you will get a success message, and you have access to the admin dashboard!

Once you see this view, you’re ready to move on to the next step.

2. Integrate Sup Dropshipping with your ecommerce store

The next step in the process is integrating Sup Dropshipping with your ecommerce store.

If you haven’t created your store yet, now it’s time to do it.

For most people, we recommend Shopify as their ecommerce platform due to their extensive app selection and great customer service.

Also, since Shopify is the most popular option, we will go through the integration process for it here. If you use another ecommerce platform, the integration process is almost identical, so don’t worry!

To start the integration process, head into the ‘Stores’ section from the left sidebar.

From here, select your ecommerce platform. For us, it’s Shopify.

Here, you have to fill in your Shopify store URL.

Once that’s done, you just have to click on the ‘Authorize’ button, and you will be automatically directed to the Shopify App Store.

From the Shopify App Store page, you just have to click on the ‘Install’ button.

This will lead you to the installation page, where you have to click ‘Install’ once more.

Once you’re done with this, you should be automatically redirected to the Sup Dropshipping admin dashboard, where you can now see your Shopify store integrated!

Quite a simple process, right?

When you’re done with the integration process, you can get right into the next step.

3. Import your first product

The way Sup Dropshipping works is that you can either start selling one of their existing products or place a sourcing request.

Let’s first go through how to import existing products to your store.

If you’re in the admin dashboard, you can get to the existing product list by clicking on the Sup Dropshipping logo.

From this page, you will see different categories, such as ‘Jewelry & Fashion’ and ‘Apparel’. Depending on your niche, select one of them.

If you don’t know your niche yet, you can just scroll through the products to find interesting opportunities.

Once you find a good product, click on the product to get to the product page, and from here, you can actually import it into your store.

To do this, just click on the ‘List to your store’ button.

Before importing, you can choose the variants, images, and the product description. You can change all of these later from your ecommerce platform, so don’t worry too much about them.

Once you click ‘List it Now,’ the product will automatically appear in your ecommerce store!

Next, let’s go through how you can search for new products from Sup Dropshipping.

To do this, start by going to the admin dashboard from the top right corner.

From the admin dashboard, you just have to click on the ‘Sourcing’ page.

The only thing you have to do on this page is to add an image of the product you plan to sell!

Once you upload an image, Sup Dropshipping’s algorithm goes through all of the major marketplaces to find you the best possible product options. You can then import these products to your online store!

The other way to source products is to use the Sup Dropshipping Chrome extension.

When you have the extension installed, you can go to AliExpress or any other popular marketplace and click on the Chrome extension tab. From there, click on ‘Post Purchasing Request’.

Once you click this, the product will automatically appear inside of your ‘Sourcing Results’ page within Sup Dropshipping.

After this, it takes one to two days before Sup Dropshipping gets back to you with their offer to you.

4. Start selling the products

Once you start to actually sell the products, you have to add a balance to your Sup Dropshipping account to pay for the products.

This is easy from the ‘Wallet’ page, which you can access from the top right corner.

As for the payment methods, you can either pay with Payoneer or a Wire transfer.

However, where Sup Dropshipping wins is in their existing product catalog and the print on demand services, which are both more extensive.

Spocket is an ecommerce fulfillment platform that provides products from suppliers in the EU and the US.

The main difference to Sup Dropshipping is that Spocket holds over a million products in its public product catalog. What this means is that instead of having an effective product sourcing system, they focus on growing their public product catalog.

This can be both good and bad, depending on what you want.
