Bizcap have announced that it has been nominated for four Finnies award nominations:
- Excellence in Business Lending
- Best Workplace Diversity
- Female FinTech Leader of the Year, Rebecca del Rio
- Emerging FinTech Leader of the Year, Rebecca del Rio
The Finnies are an annual fintech business awards where more than 30 judges from across the industry scrutinise entries to select finalists for each category.
The Excellence in Business Lending category, for which Bizcap was nominated, recognises “the fintech that has generated outstanding B2B lending results through innovative yet stable, sustainable operations, and their ability to serve their clients while sustaining sound financial performance,” as stated by the Finnies.
Bizcap was also nominated for “Best Workplace Diversity”, which recognises how the company has created an inclusive environment that accepts each individual’s differences, embraces their strengths and provides opportunities for all staff to achieve their full potential.
Chief Revenue Officer Rebecca del Rio (pictured) was nominated for two categories: Female FinTech Leader of the Year and Emerging FinTech Leader of the Year, in recognition of her “commitment to fintech innovation that delivers benefits to investors, businesses and/or consumers”.
“We are thrilled that Bizcap was nominated for so many categories, in recognition of the industry-leading value our innovative lending solutions provide to brokers and advisers as well as our small and medium business customers,” said Co-Founder and Joint Managing Director Zalman Blachman.
“It is an honour to be named alongside an impressive list of leading Australian Fintechs for Bizcap’s ability to innovate, whilst retaining a stable and sustainable business model, as well as for our superior partner relations and customer support,” said Chief Operating Officer Adam Szental.
“We congratulate Rebecca for the outstanding achievement of being nominated in two categories that acknowledge her leadership, innovation and the immense value she brings to Bizcap day in and day out,” added Co-Founder and Joint Managing Director Abraham White.
“That Bizcap was recognised for our leadership in workplace diversity cements in the public sphere what we have long known internally about our business’s culture: that Bizcap is a place where diversity of thought is encouraged, and people of all backgrounds and beliefs are not only welcomed but celebrated,” said Rebecca del Rio.
