Bravura Solutions appoints Neil Montford as CFO

ASX-listed Bravura Solutions have announced the appointment of Neil Montford as Chief Financial Officer of Bravura commencing on 1 June 2023.

Bravura announced on 18 January that it had commenced an internal and external search for a new CFO and on 10 March that acting CFO Harmen Fredrikze had resigned to pursue other opportunities.

The announcement noted Fredrikze would continue as acting CFO until 8 June 2023 in order to work with the Board and management to transition his CFO responsibilities in an orderly manner.

Bravura have now confirmed that Neil Montford, who has been consulting to the company since 13 March 2023, will commence as CFO on 1 June 2023.

Montford has over 20 years’ experience in senior Finance roles, including within ASX-listed companies. For the past 11 years he has held a number of senior finance roles at Fidelity International, latterly as CFO of Asia Pacific, and prior to that managed the Finance functions for two of Macquarie Group’s operating divisions. He has also held senior finance roles in the UK and was with Deloitte in the UK and Australia.

Bravura’s Interim Chairman, Andrew Russell said, ”We welcome Neil to Bravura as part of a
strengthened global executive team in support of our new strategy under Libby Roy’s leadership. Neil has already made a significant contribution since joining as a consultant and we are very pleased he has committed to join us.”
