Victory Park Capital announces promotions

Private credit manager Victory Park Capital has appointed two new managing directors as part of a round of promotions.

Kinan Hayani and Sora Monachino, who joined the firm in 2015 and 2022, respectively, have been named managing directors. Hayani is responsible for sourcing and managing investments across multiple strategies, while Monachino leads investor relations for the firm.

The US-based group also announced the promotion of six others, across a variety of functions, including in data analytics and fund accounting.

Victory Park Capital has invested $9.7bn (£7.7bn) across 215 investments since inception. It specialises in private credit, including investing in special situations, asset backed opportunistic credit and legal finance.

Richard Levy, chief executive and founder, said: “We are dedicated to fostering the growth and development of talented individuals, and we are pleased to recognize the advancement of several members of our team. They have each made great contributions to the firm’s collective success, and we thank them for their hard work and commitment.”
